Compressor Valves

Efficiency and reliability are engineered into each suction and discharge valve. Designs include a range of plate, radiused disc, multi-element and ring damped valves, custom-engineered to your operating conditions.

Packing Cases

Advanced compressor packing case technologies reduce component wear and prevent fugitive emissions. Features for venting, purging and cooling are combined with specialty rings and standby seals to create high-performance solutions.

Oil Wipers

Advanced materials and designs provide the necessary balance of strength, flexibility and durability to keep crankcase oil from contaminating the pressure packing.

Piston Rings and Riders

Optimized geometry, features, dimensions and materials are applied to piston rings and rider bands to improve sealing capabilities, reduce loads and extend service life.

Rod Rings

Custom seal ring, pressure breaker, vent ring and purge/buffer ring solutions provide improved compressor reliability, efficiency and run times. High-performing materials, including proprietary engineered polymers, enhance packing ring durability.

Valve Actuators and Unloaders

For capacity control and start-up, we provide custom-engineered plug and finger unloaders, with diaphragm and piston type actuators. Most compressors can be retrofitted in the field, and manual unloaders converted to pneumatic actuation.

SccS B.V. applies expert materials knowledge to optimize piston rings, rider rings, and packing rings for reduced wear and improved sealing capabilities. High-performance thermoplastics and fluoropolymers are blended, sintered and machined in-house for maximum quality control.
